Pic taken in the Victorian bush near Inglewood. Print available upon request.

Thank you in advance for all :+fav:'s I'm sorry I can't reply to all of them but appreciate every one :)

Beautiful photo of a kangaroo in its natural environment. I am fond of cadres like this by principle.

There's a lot of things I like about this picture. The colors are very amiable, they look natural and show how the coat of these animals can blend in their environment. There is a nice gradient as the colors grow more intense towards the bottom, which I have the feeling the artist has slightly enhanced for the better. The composition is not perfect as far as the kangaroo's position is concerned, but the trees around it frame the cadre very well together with the gentle darkening gradients towards the edges. This framing makes the picture very enjoyable.

Technically the photograph is good with one evident exception - sadly, there is a lot of color noise which is exceptionally visible in the darker areas. Everything else is fine, the focus is very clear, while the small depth of its field makes the kangaroo stand out among the grasses.

Despite the long distance, the picture seems somewhat intimate due to the direct eye contact. Nice capture, this makes me feel almost like I've met the creature myself.
