It looks like you can see the blurred-out bars of the enclosure in front of the tigers - there's a sort of cloudy appearance in places. It's not terribly obvious (and I know how difficult they are to get rid of - I've never managed it satisfactorily), but it might be worth trying to remove them if you can be bothered. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/let…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Lick)"/>
(If you have no clue what I'm talking about, look just above the watermark beneath the mother's head. It's kind of misty-looking.)
The background is also not quite blurred out enough - it looks kind of messy and distracting. But I'm just being picky. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="19" height="19" alt="" title="Shrug"/>
The pose is adorable, and the colours are nice (although you could possibly increase the saturation of their fur a little). I like the composition too.
